Wouldn't want to miss out on the antioxidants, and it's yummy too! Since the fresh berries aren't around in my part of the country very long, I go with frozen, plus half a banana. But everybody's going to be different, so try it and see what works for you.

Thanks Xenabeachgirl, I enjoy the berries also, like cut up blueberries and strawberries mixed, but here in the south, we have a longer growing period for really fresh water melon, and a little water melon goes a long way to satisfy that sweet tooth when needed. ;D

Personally,I cut fruit out while I prep for a contest, but usually try to eat a few peices a day normally.
Just too much sugar (fructose) when trying to diet down in weight/fat.
Just the way I do it,plenty of others still enjoy it during a diet.

but I wanted to know, does any fresh fruit have a place in any body's diet while training during non compete stages? Yes... yes, yes, yes!!! Non only you can keep them, but you SHOULD keep them! It's so healty to eat fruits, that you should only consider taking them out of your diet when you are on an extreme pre-contest bodybuilding diet! So when you are at the stage of cutting fruits from you diet... you should already be ultra strict!
