awesome credentials and great to see you here. I will try your product for sure. I have a very weak grip and also had bad tendonitis which I am over now but still paranoid about the tendon in my left elbow where the tendonitis was which kept reoccurring even after two months of no weights. anyhow regular straps do not seem to work well for me so I am glad to have found out about your product. how strong is the metal? just curious if it will hold up for reps on deads of 405. I tried valeo hook straps and they bent even with 315 for reps

405 is nothing for the Power Grips. The way they go around the bar "reverse grip" is how I got a patent for them. The metal has nothing to due with the strength of the product (although it is strong) I put into it a slight bendability in order for the grips to "squeeze" the bar when weight is applied. For the grips to bend you would have to be able to crush a solid steel bar between your hand! They acually self-tighten as you start pulling because of the patented "reverse grip" design. The Power Grips DO NOT just clip over the bar. Look closely at the design. Look at the design carefully on the web-site and also read the complimentary reviews of the power lifter that did extremely heavy deadlifts and heavier partials with them. Many people who bought a pair 20 years ago are still using their original pair today! www.power-grips.comSincerely Joe Meeko

I just received a complimentary pair of Joe`s Power-Grips in the mail, and I must say I felt really strong and secure using them.I hadn`t done deadlifts in a few weeks since hurting my back, but I did go pretty heavy today, and felt great. The Power-Grips were awesome!!! Thanks again Joe! I will be going heavier on back from now on since my slight injury feels better, then I`ll be able to let you guy`s know how the Power-Grips are working. Joe isn`t paying me to say good things about his product, but I will say that so far, they`re great. If I felt any dfifferent I`d tell you guy`s, I don`t bullsh*t anyone. Next week I`ll go heavier, and report my findings! Peace!!
