Yes I get up early to do cardio, yes I make sure my workouts are done Yet my stomach has gotten the better of me. When I went to the doctor this week (because I was sick) I weighed in at 308 lbs!!!! Too much celebrating over the holidays!! Bad news blood pressure was 160/105 Always struggled with mild high blood pressure (runs in the family) but never this high. Doc said "come back in a couple of weeks for a full physical, lets make sure your blood pressure isn't elevated do to you being sick so we know how to treat it." I've been playing around way too much with my diet, one week high protein low fats, the next week lots of carbs, throw in junk food once a week what should have I expected!!!! Well its time to get serious! (I know I've said that before too) But this time is different. This time its more health related. I know I can do it. I'll keep you guys informed of my progress.

glad to hear you are committed now .......do yourself a favor and get an I-pod for cardio, it helps keep your sanity....

Steve,now`s the time to re-committ,light a fire under your ass,eat better,and train like a man possesed!! we`re all behind you so get busy my friend!! Also,keeping a journal on the site might make it easier,because if you are truthful and post exactly what you eat,you can then see how your diet might be in need of asdjusting. Good luck,and get focused..........and STAY focused!!
