Happy new year day to every one. Now that the holidays are behind us and it doesn't matter now if you were naughty or nice when it comes to the treats and keeping to your training schedule because it is time to move forward. For all those with a goal of a show in 2016 , I know you will make your goal and do well. Others, who are like me who want to push for a personal best in their training, I think this is the year for it so make your mind up now and do it!!!
No matter what your goal, this is the site to find the info you need, if your an advanced BB, or still working on your own style, the info is here. I have picked out a couple of links in the board that are a great read.
Article 1: Diet, Metabolism & Carb loading. Posted by Tim, from an article written by Joe Meeko.
Evan if you are not considering a show in your life, this is a great article to learn from. Heck even a beginner would learn a ton, and if they followed the article for 6 months or more (up to but not including contest prep), they would learn a lifetime of great habits and know a little more of just what it means to be dedicated to bodybuilding.
Try it just once and see if you do not feel the power of committing.

Article 2: BB Routines-
Just too many to pick one, but I promise you will never run out of great routines, and evan some different methods if you read Tim's and Old Navy's post's ( really miss seeing your updated info Tim and Scott ), so check out their journals, two of the best trainers around. Not to take anything away from all the other great BB's on the site, it is just Tim and Scott have so many training posts to follow. Check everybody's and find the one right for you.
