Well another temptation day, but try to make this one about the loves in your life and not the treats. Yes I know you have to have a small bite of that candy your true love gives you, but stop at one, and remember the meal can be just as romantic with your chicken or seafood, with rice as long as your are staring into your loves eyes. So turn the temptation day into day of love not a bad diet day. Besides that little Easter bunny is just around the corner, and I am sure he will have a treat or two that might be worth the wait.
On to some bodybuilding talk. Yes we all know muscles adapt very quickly, as they do you can loose progress in the returns on your exercise.
