Happy 4th of July to everyone. It is a special day for America. We celebrate the birth of this great nation. Take time to celebrate and to realize the freedom we have that so many others in the world do not.
Thank you to all the servicemen, servicewomen and their families. It is because of everything you and those before you have done that we live in this great country.
Now how to enjoy the day. Since I have the day off from work and it is a training day, and the real fun is at night, I will get my workout going early and with the extra time, I am going to push for some personal best on at least two things.
I have given a lot of thought on how to shake things up in my BB routine, I have found some interesting info on the board from Eric Broser ( BodyFX on this site) on his P/RR/S (Power-Rep Range-Shock) and FD/FS ( Fiber Damage/Fiber Saturation). Eric has written some fantastic articles in Iron Man and Muscle & Fitness. I have posted the links below. I think this is a challenge I am going to try for the next month. If you want to spice things up, give it a try. In addition to the articles below, check out some of the posts on this site from BodyFX and others about these routines and Eric's forum.
