I saw Vince on-stage at the 1988 or 89 Mr. Muscularity contest in Canton, Oh.. I trained a friend for the show who won the middleweight & overall. Vince was a middleweight in the show as well, I believe. I actually have it on video. He looked very thick & was pretty hard for his age at the time.

Thanks, Vince. Will e mail soon and order it. Very reasonable. Sounds super. Hope it sells well for you.
P.S. Tim, someone of Vince's stature should bypass the newbie label and have a title like Powerlifitng Legend or anything else he wants!

Great idea about pinning this, Tim.
Vince, if a web site becomes a reality let me know. Will get the word out and help you get it linked. Right now, Tim's forum is linked from the site where my page is located.

FYI, ordered Vince's DVD and received it today. Great turnaround service!
In any event, this is a super training DVD. Divided into a warm up, workout and cool down session. The total session is less than an hour and works the entire body. The demonstrations of the exercises are clear and this is like having Vince at your home personal training you.
Vince isn't kidding when he says the program is short, intense and effective. What is so good about it is that it can be applied by anyone to any goal in any sport. The conditioning aspect of the program is invaluable.
I apologize for not being as comprehensive or detailed as Steve is in his awesome reviews, but want to get the word out on this to the forum.
This is an outstanding product and can't say enough about it. Highly recommended to everyone here.
