thanks TIM - I have been at Mayhem since day one, i dont post a ton over there because i like to sit back and read. But i will definetly post more on your board. It seems that you and i have alot of the same ideas about diet etc.. and i do have a good amount of info to throw in the pot. my life basically revolves around this industry.
