Excluding protein and vitamins minerals. Mine would be: Whey protein BCAA's and Glutamine* CEE * I rotate Glutamine in and out but always keep BCAA's in so it's 3.5...I cheated. :Happy Spinner:

the only things that i supplement with are:
whey protein green tea (is this a supplement? who knows? who cares?) multi-vitamin...
but since multis don't count, i'm gonna havta go with glucose, since i use that in my PWO shake

Whey protein (is it really a supplement? I tend to think of it as food) BCAA's twice a day when cutting Xenadrine once a day when cutting Have used creatine off and on (mostly off; hate the loading process) Should add glutamine.....if I can ever remember to order it

1.Protein 2.Protein 3.Protein
Here is the only other one I'd add in there, and probably will do so when I place my next order for the above three supplements next week:
BCAA's.
Anyone have a recomendation on brand, dosages for BCAA's?

You`re right Chuck.......I haven`t used creatine or glutamine in quite some time.
I do take a few different vitamins and minerals but not really a hell of a lot of supps.
no moonshine though! LOL

what do you mean if i could ONLY use 3! i only use 3 anyway whey multi fish-oil im considering creatine though since i just started bulking!

So I ask?? Is there an old school stack cycle posted here any where you know like the BY, liver, creame whole milk rhoe blairs bulking formula etc etc etc...

Not counting protein b/c I will consider that part of diet, rather than supplementation...
