Just kidding!!!! You guys hijacked my training journal with the chicken breast debate and now I'm confused. Exactly how much protein & calories are in 1 ounce of chicken breast tenderloin? I've been figuring about 35 cal & 7g protein per ounce "RAW".. I'd rather have an accurate measurement for a "COOKED" ounce b/c it's easier for me to calculate that way. Can you break it down for a confused soul such as myself ?

No problem Terry......it`s almost impossible to calculate fat and calories to a "T", as some fat is cooked off, thus reducing calories a bit......then you can remove more fat by dabbing with a paper towel.
I just use approximate "guesstimates" going by a book or website, which is usually fat grams from raw chicken......this way you are on the safe side, as you will actually be ingesting less cals and fat once the chicken is cooked.
I hope you undertstand me here .....that sounds confusing as all hell. ;D

LOL, then there's the accuracy of your scale and the amount dust or rust on it!
