Can anyone recommend a good training journal so I can log each of my training sessions - reps/sets, weights, cardio stuff etc. I've been training for a few years on & off so I'm not too bothered if it doesn't give examples of exercises/ workouts etc. I ask this question after trawling the internet without success. Thanks in advance.

Soggy,welcome to the board,glad to have you with us!! Go to www.mikefrancois.com or www.bodybuilding.com for the logs. On bb.com you can customize your own journal and print them out,and keep them in a notebook.....they also have diet logs on both sites!
