Thanks for the compliment Gerry,but I hardly consider myself a role model.I just love bodybuilding and the people involved in it.If I can help just one person to get into training and eating right, that`s enough reward for me.I`m just an old guy trying to stay in shape and spread the word.

My favorite bodybuilder of all time would have to be Flex Wheeler. The guy was absolutely flawless with the perfect combo of size and aesthetics. His posing was also phenomenal!! I wish he could have won at least one Mr.O to REALLY solidify his place in bodybuilding history. I also like Frank Zane, Lee Haney(Class Act)Robby Robinson, and Shawn Ray.
