I love when Lou's father says "This is for all the marbles Louie". And when Arnold says "I give him the wrong advices". Hey Tim remember in the old gym you used to call me Big Tony.haaaa

I also like when someone in the crowd asks Arnold if he drinks milk. "He says milk is for babies when you get older you drink beer".

I also like the "advices" quotes.
another: when Matty Ferrigno says something like "You have big arms Louie, Arnold has spaghetti arms"
and
When Arnold says "I don't have any weak points. I had weak points three years ago, but my main thing in mind is, my goal always was, to even out everything to the point...that everything is perfect. Which means if I want to increase one muscle a half inch, the rest of the body has to increase. I would never make one muscle increase or decrease, because everything fits together now, and all I have to do is get my posing routine down more perfect, which is almost impossible to do, you know. It's perfect already.

Loved the compliment Arnold gave to Ed Corney, "Now, THAT's posing."
Still true today, Ed is among the best of all time.
Very good film all the way through.

Advices is mine too...
My favorite scene, though, is when they sit down to breakfast and Arnold deflates Louie right before your eyes... only takes a couple of words too... classic!

BEST LINE: When Lou finished a intense set, Lou's father said something like: "That was easy" (i am used to saying that to my training partner after every set!!)
BEST SCENE: I also like when Lou's father seem to be extremely tired after Lou's workout in N.Y.(like he did a lot of effort)
BEST ACTOR: Big Tony the retarded

BEST SCENE: I also like when Lou's father seem to be extremely tired after Lou's workout in N.Y.(like he did a lot of effort) I read in the book PI, that neighbors were complaining about how loud Lou and his father were inside the gym. The remedy? Matty had to carry all the weights and help Lou be as quiet as possible. Wether this is the reason for Matty looking tired, I'm not sure. Maybe it was cause he was riding Lou all the way through? I'd have to say my favorite scene, though, is when they sit down to breakfast and Arnold deflates Louie right before your eyes is mine too. Arnold just nails Lou to the wall and practically makes him cry!!!

How about Mike Katz back stage walking around saying: "anyone seen my shirt?"
Ken Waller was saying that he would hide Katz shirt in an effort to mess with his mind. Later we found out that Ken never did that and that scene was filmed after the show in South Africa, to build drama to the movie. But in real life after the movie came out, many people disliked Ken for doing that!

No sh*te?? That's great info. as you can include me in as one of the "haters" due to that whole thing, LOL. I looked as Arny's approach as tactical and Waller's as just plain being an asshat. Thanks for filling us in! T How about Mike Katz back stage walking around saying: "anyone seen my shirt?" Ken Waller was saying that he would hide Katz shirt in an effort to mess with his mind. I never heard that 1400!!! I know Shawn Perine interviewed Katz and posted it on IronAge, but Katz would not reveal anything behind the T-shirt incident. He didn't say wether or not Waller took the shirt, or when or if it was even really missing.... Interesting insight, thank you.
