I'm a natural lifter so how long will it take to notice a gain in muscularity. I know people are different but i'm just looking for a round about timeline. ;D

Joe,that is so hard to guess......it depends on a lot of things: Genetics Work ethic in the gym Diet Consistancy Training frequency Training volume ie. too much or not enough Age Habits outside the gym ie. drinking, drugs, partying, etc.
I`ve seen your journal and your diet is good.........I would however eliminte some of the very light early warmup sets.......this way you will have more energy to train heavier and stimulate growth before you are too taxed from the warmups.
All that being said,if everything is spot-on the money ,you should start seeing results in muscularity,in general,at 4-5 weeks.......that is just a "guesstimation" since genetics will play a big part even if everything else is almost perfect.

You can do alot naturally.
Genetics will be a big factor but you can't control that so concentrate on the things you can control like diet & training.
It comes down to how bad do you want it? What are you willing to sacrifice for your goals?
That will determine how far you go.

It's just that when they realize what sacrifice they must do, they are not motivated enough to do it: Always look for informations about eating and training Have the discipline of putting it into practice… and of course be patient. MOTIVATION is the key. (i know it dosent answer your question ;D but the thing is that if you are motivated Vikingjoe93, you will look for info, will be disciplined to do it and you WILL SUCCEED!) Good luck! Mo

When your a natural lifter you can't compare yourself to the drug users. If you do you will always feel like your training is not giving you the returns you expect. Just take solace in that the drug user has to come off the juice sometime. Then he will have to look at his physique in the mirror without lying to himself.
The most important factor in any athletic endeavor is genetics. Just as the other posts have said. You can't control that. What you can control as Tim has said is your work ethic and your knowledge of bodybuilding. In life, dedication has carried more men to success in any endeavor than all other factors combined.

Thanks guys sounds like good advice. I fell like my legs and chest are gaining size but i can't seem to get anything out of my biceps.
Any of you guys have any advice on bicep training. When i lift i feel everything at my elbow or right above my elbow near the forearm. Any suggestions?

Joe,I looked in your journal and you do back followed by bicep work.........a lot of people do this, but I think it`s wrong!!
Working back taxes the hell out of the biceps because they are used a lot in most back exercises except for pullover type movements.
Try working biceps with chest, where they will be relatively fresh .
Also, here is a bicep day from your journal:
barbell curl 12x45 10x50 5x55 6x60
I think your jumps in poundage could be improved so you`d handle heavier weight, thus resulting in better biceps.........hopefully
Here`s what I would do: barbell curls 12-35 8-50 6-70 failure with 45 pounds
alt dumbell curls 12x15 10x20 8x25 6x25
On the DB Curls, since you are definately warmed up from doing BB Curls........why waste energy and power with the first two light sets?
Try: 6-8 with 30 pounds,3 sets.....and finish off with a set to failure with 20 pounds!
Just something to think about.......also mix in different exercises every couple of workouts, going heavy for lower reps, and lighter for higher reps at different times.

Good nutrition + good training + good rest + CONSISTENCY OVER TIME = Awesome "natural" results.
