Well folks I just got my copy of Stuart McRobert "Beyond Brawn" its not exactly a new book first printed in 1998, and revised to its current edition last year (04). 512 pages and not a single picture (LOL). I've read Brawn, and loads of other books (just about every one on the market). This book is deep in information, HIT devotees should like it, but I think it will have something for everyone.
I'll give you my review in a few weeks.

I look forward to your review, I've seen the book but always passed it up for one reason or another. Post it up when you get through with it.....although it may be awhile due to not having any pictures!!!

I've got through the first chapter today. Let me say, its nothing like I ever read before. If you read this book be prepared to have your tradditional beliefes challenged!

1400, Beyond Brawn is a fantastic book. The book is a real eye opener from start to finish.

I've skimmed through it Chris, and was wondering what you think of the "abreviated routines?" Do you think thats enough training?
I'll find out, I'm going to start this week.

I did something similiar to abbreviated sets for my chest most of last year and my strength went out the roof.....not as many warmups sets though as i've read the routine is described.
I've never read anything but Arnolds Encylopedia think i'll get this book start doing some reading also, thanks
