I love to look in the mirror when I get up in the morning. I really do. I only have to flex a little bit and my abs show right up.
And then I eat breakfast.
Why does the stomach have to expand? Every day I eat one bowl of Kashi GoLean with milk, a glass of protein shake, a glass of water, and five pills and it looks like I've instantaneously gained ten pounds. And I stay that way, too, because my school serves lunch at 10:30 AM, then I eat lunch when I get home at 2:30, then I eat a sandwich at work around 6:00, and then I go home and drink another protein shake and a glass of water, and my stomach just stays put until the nighttime, when it goes out for a night on the town and comes back all drunk and saggy. Do any of you guys have this problem?

In a word.............YES!!!!
I feel like all I do is constantly eat,even when I`m not hungry,which is a lot of the time.
Don`t sweat it though,if they look good in the AM,chances are they will look stupendous to the average couch potato,even if you think you look bloated!! :Couch Potato:

Flat as a pancake when I get up, then after my recovery/gainer and my 6 eggwhites and 4 whole eggs I turn into bloat boy.
I used to get concerned until I saw Derrel T right after breakfast one Saturday.
Now I dont give a flip. Price of wanting to be a freek by 55.

Remember the more water you drink the less you retain.You should be drinking at least a gallon a day.Water is required for about every function in the body.If you feel thirsty cances are you are already slighty dehydrated.Try drinking more water if you want your abs to show all day.Eat less sodium.

I find milk and protein powder do this to me the most.

I'd love to, but...well, I'm still in high school, and my school has four periods a day which makes each class about ninety minutes long. To make matters worse, many of my teachers only allow their students to go to the bathroom twice every semester during class. I've had rather...interesting...experiences watching the clock hoping not to hear a loud popping noise.
