Hey,thanks a lot brother........I`m no guru or expert, but I have garnered a little info over the years. I usually try to offer results or suggestions based on my own experiences, or the experiences of clients I have trained................I try not to parrot info found on the web or in mags, unless I beleive it to be effective, or worthwhile. Haters and trolls are not tolerated here at all.......gone, with possibly one warning, if we are in good moods!!  ;D Thanks again Rubicon,it`s my pleasure to be here with the great members we have..........yourself included!!  EDIT: Just wanted to add that I want to thank the members and moderators, for keeping the board a place where we can all learn from each other,have fun,and pass on all the bullsh*tee that happens on other boards. I have the best mods on the web,but they never get to flex the mod muscle because the members are so cool.  Thanks!!  |

It's a great team here with super members. The best part of being a mod here is the camraderie with Tim and the other mods and not having to "flex the mod muscle" here. There are other forums whose mods and members should come hereh, observe and take notes on how it's done. Bravo, Tim!  |

Hey, Gerry, I know you want me to understand every topics of the forum, but dont feel obliged to write french words just for me ;D But seriously i agree: Bravo, Félicitation, Parfait Tim! ;D (ok ok i'm going too far with that language, i know!). This is by far the best bodybuilding place on the net, congrat Tim! PS: More than that... if WOTW wouldnt exist, i wouldnt pay for my internet service!!!!!  Mo |
