Alot of video I've watched of Pro's training shows them doing partial reps with alot of cheat exercises.I know they use enormous weight, but dont they consider form when training? Maybe I shouldnt question someone who's huge because whatever their doing must be working.

Pros can get away with things that 99% of us cannot (drugs and genetics see to this).

The theory most use use is that it's constant tension on the muscle. As TP says (and I still feel it's CRAP) "Do what works for you."

I noticed that too. I do them once in a while to change things up and I like them, but like bodyfx said, Pro can get away with anything :Bodybuilder:

ditto what everyone else said about genetics etc.
another thought: if you're looking at a pro's current workout or asking questions about how they lift today the answer is probably not too useful.
the more interesting/important question is likely to be how they used to workout in order to get to their current level.
