Just got the May issue and my article is on page 130. They did a very nice job with the layout. So for those of you that use P/RR/S, or would like to learn more about it, check it out.

To all of those who are yet to pick up this issue of Ironman, I highly suggest that you do, especially if you are even the slightest big interested in the best training system known to man (P/RR/S) ;D BodyFx lays the plan out and explains the rationale behind its design quite well, its some very good reading.
