If you've not seen it yet, he blasts the open forums as the lair of small minded, homophobic, 140 lb Wannabe and Never Will Be's. His solution is to require posting under real names with verified pics of the poster for Avatars, moderate all answers, and require a two tier system with a pay per play for folks wanting to spend more than 2 hours in 24 on the site.
Basically, everything you are doing now, and MuscleMayhem is starting to do.
