I already use "fitday.com" to keep track of my food intake. I used to have a sight that I could just type in, ex: Running- 8 min miles- 40 min, 180 lbs., and it would tell me how many calories I burned. It had different exercises and would calculate caloric expenditure for me. I know Fitday has something similar but it's not as easy as the one I used before. Of course, I don't remember where it was or what the websight was. Does anybody have any suggestions? You guy's are always a big help to me and it is appreciated. Thx, JW
