Tim, I'm curious. In the photo on the Home page you are absolutely cut to sheads. What was you body fat % for that photo. I know that was contest conditioning, what percentage do you normal carry for working out and in the off season. I'm not a competitor and have no illusion about becoming competitive. I just think guys who do are on the cutting edge. Especially ones who win. Also, do you think it's good to hold your body fat in the low teens or even in the single digits consistantly. I'm new to this. I read some place that 17 to 22% is good, but if you're a body building I can't see wanting that much fat on the body. Thanks Oneshot

Thanks for the compliment.I was around 4% or less according to my scale ,which isn`t quite accurate but it was very low.Yes I beleive the low teens would be OK but I think if you`re not competing and want to look good 10% should try to be achieved most of the time except when trying to gain weight/size. 22% is FAT to me,I`d never let it get that high. !I never measure bodyfat when not competing but I do keep my eyes on the mirror to see that I`m not gaining too much fat.The abs should at least be fairly visible ,but I`m trying for some added size,so I can always lose it later .Of course I never let myself get too fat.As far as a BF% measurement goes,in the off-season I`d rather not know it would most likely depress me! ;D I do not stay ripped all year but I do for contests and the summmer.Being at 3-5% or in low single digits isn`t the healthiest thing to do for your body.
