With cloves of garlic and rosemary, then smothered with garlic powder. Potatoes and carrots. Wine.
I love the fat on a roast. Warm, dripping, juicy fat, gently salted.....
Love,

How did I know you'd like it! I just did!
Since you can't have any, I invited my brother over for dinner to share in the juicy, dripping, salty pork roast.
Would you like egg whites with that? Some tuna perhaps?
Don't be mad. Am I still your sugarpants?

Peggy,
you really should stop mentioning that you are cooking a juicy, fat pork roast. You must have forgotten tim is currently dieting. I mean, why else would you mention that you are cooking a big, juicy, fat pork roast. It must be very hard to read someone making a big juicy fat pork roast when you are trying to diet. If I was dieting right now I certainly would not want anyone to mention a big juicy fat pork roast, so I think it is most unfair of you to keep mentioning that you are cooking a big juicy fat pork roast. In conclusion, could you please stop mentioning the big juicy fat pork roast that you are cooking.

Hmmmmmmmm, I'm not sure if I should have a big fat and juicy pork roast, or if I should go to Outback Steakhouse for a Melbourne steak-23oz Porterhouse. I can have my choice of deserts from my freezer. At the present time I have a half gallon of Vanilla ice cream. Pints of butter pecan, cherry chip bada bing, peach sorbet, raspberry sorbet, Mango ice cream, and a box of Vanilla almond Haagen Das bars. Oh, it's Sunday night. What the hell!!! I'll have ALL of them!!! But first, the big fat juicy pork roast.

Dont be disturbed by that Tim ;D You have two options: 1) Eat big fat juicy pork roast, drink wine, have good time with your friends… and be the happiest man alive… 2) …or you see your abs ;D And even if it sounds ridiculous, you chose #2… ;D And if anyone doubt that a no "big fat juicy pork roast" diet really works… try that link to Tim's abs picture thread: timwescott.proboards18.com/index.cgi?board=pic&thread=1101033073&action=display&start=30Mo ;D

LOL....look what I started! If it's any consolation, Tim, leftover pork roast is very dry.
I was thinking of making my incredible lemon cake this weekend. The "sauce" is like 2 cups of sugar and lemon juice. I poke holes in the layers of cake and let the juice drip through. After it refriderates for a couple of hours it's awesome!!!
One time I decided to make one for a friend and ate the damn thing instead! Ha!
Did I mention I'm not dieting right now?
Love,
Sugarpants :Fridge:
