Good to see Rockel win after being ignored for so long. And hats off to Vince and Francis for their ageless physiques.
Branch wasn't his usual shap self this weekend, was he?

Glad you made it over Gord!!  I agree,Rockel usually comes in with good conditioning,and never places too high as a rule. Definately deserved this one. Vince Taylor qualifies for the O by placing third!! Awesome bodybuilder,and Benfatto looks great........no gut there!!! Branch was way off,and Mustafa looked as he always does to me...............not tight enough yet!! Priest looked real good too. Good contest despite the lack of some of the bigger names. |

Great to see Rockel win a show, especially one against some bigger name pros i.e. Branch, Lee, Mustafa. The guys over at GetBig will probably say it's a lower tier show, and it is. But everyone has to start somewhere, right?
Notice in the photo of Benfatto, Taylor and Warren, that even though Francis is the smallest- he looks the biggest!!! Some would say because he's closer to the camera or what have you, but damn do Vince and Francis make Branch (who was off from the pics I saw in this thread) look like he's already a has been a la Nasser!!! #secretsmiley8co#

I'm a big Rockel fan, and I'm glad he won....in my opinion, he's been overlooked for too long. And it was GREAT to see Benfatto on stage again! Another one of my all time favorites. I thought he looked terrific...but it does look to me that he had suffered a right pec tear at one point prior to hitting the stage again.
