Glad to be Back!!

I just wanted to say hello to everybody once again. It's good to see so many familiar folks here, and hello to all of you new folks, as well. As Tim, Gerry,and few others know, I haven't been around for the last five months dealing with some family issues. Those have been resolved and I can't tell you how glad I am to back here with all of you!!

Nice to have you back.. I look forward to hearing more about your training & diet now that you are back at it.. Any shows on the horizon?

I'm still planning on doing the Master's Nationals in 06'.That hasn't dchanged-- but I have had to change my plans a little for this season. I was out of the gym for the better part of 4-5 months and am now just getting back in the full swing of things. I had originally planned on doing a late summer/fall show this year, but now I will probably just concentrate on bigger/stronger and do the Sunshine Classic in March of 06' to get ready for the Nats. After Tim wins it this year I'll try to make it two in a row for our guys!! ;D ;D

Just hoping for a top 5 in the Over-50 middleweight.

I`m also doing the Over-40 middleweight as well.....................I figure while I`m in shape, I might as well give it a shot!!
