For those of you who don`t know who Vince Gironda was, he at one time was a top trainer of many champion bodybuilder`s, and movie stars.His ideas and theories were way ahead of his time.Some of his stuff has been proven wrong with today`s science ,but he contributed a lot to bodybuilding, and was very innovative and cutting edge for his time.If you`re interested take a stroll back in time to check it out!Vince trained Larry Scott,Mohammed Makkawy,and even Arnold at one point in time. www.ironguru.com |

Check this out I talked with a personal friend of vince gironda's and that has all the rights to all his material. His first name is Ron and he operates NSP Research out in detroit. He was looking for vince followers and fans alike. The man has lots of knowledge.....

That`s Ron Kosloff I beleive.Thanks Vandamme ,I may call him this weekenr.For some mor articvles by and about Vince there are a few on Tom Venuto`s site. I posted a few of them here in the articles section.Just do a search for Tom.I used to follow a lot of Vinces nutrional ideas years ago and I made pretty good gains.

Vandamme, I talked to Ron today(Saturday) .He`s a real nice guy and on a mission to keep Vince`s legacy alive.I told him I would link his info here as well as on a few other sites I frequent.

Thats cool Tim, I had a talk with him for awhile he certainly has lots of knowledge which we all like, and bought the wild physique.. The book is awesome Im sure you read it..... Maybe try and get ron to join this board too....

I told Ron about the forum but he told me that he was computer illiterate,and even had his secretary e-mail me.Im going to get back to him hopefully later today and try to talk him into how easy it is to join and post.It would be great to have a guy with all of his stories/knowledge here with us for sure!He sent me a catalogue and I haven`t seen the book by Vince in many years and it is a good one.
