i've gotta go with rich on this one...he is the perfect "everyday person" size and shape in my opinion...aka, i wouldn't want to have to walk around in jay's body, but i would love to do that with richard jones'

It depends...
If it's about which physique do i prefert, i would say Richard but if it's about who have the better physique (bodybuilding standards) i would say Jay.
In every other David vs Goliath, my answer to both questions was "David" (The smaller guy) but this time....

I would rate Jay's 2001 physique amongst my favorite of all time, but since then he has gone downhill. Thus, I would go with RJ in this case.

I have a card Jay gave me of his at the North American and he's doing that famous Hands Clasped In Front Most Muscular and it is TRULY one of the most amazing shots EVER, but I'd rather have Richard's physique. Jay can't seem to get as HARD anymore |
