I hear you Randy, and I`m right with you!! I consider my last off-season almost a total waste of effort, and time. After these contests,it`s eating clean, just like I am right now,but with bigger portions,a "cheat day" on one weekend day,and a "cheat meal" on the other weekend day...........then back to the clean food. I also did zero cardio for 15 months while eating a ton of sh*te...........never again,at least 3 days walking on the treadmill, possibly 4 days even!! I got up to 12 pounds heavier than I have ever been in my life, but I am paying for it now!! To hell with the scale, and "bulking up".........I know I can and will get bigger, using the planned outline above, and still look somewhat like a bodybuilder at the same time. Rant over!!

I'm glad to hear your guys take on the offseason thing. I dont like how I feel when I try really hard to bulk and am afraid I won't get the lbs off when I'm ready. I have gained just a few pounds when eating a lot of clean food as opposed to just lots of food. Good to see guys that are in the know about this have found the same thing and have benefitted from clean eating year around.
