Hi guys well yesterday was the NABBA UK finals my first finals appearance and i came a very well respectfull 6th place in a very hard lineup...which is great as the top six go through to the evening show they all get huge trophy's and we all got invites to the NABBA Universe....

cheers guys no i won't be entering the Universe i am a realistic person in my goals at the begining of this yr i set a goal to qualify and stand onstage at the britian finals to acheive and surpass my goals by qualifing making the top 6 and then being invited to the NABBA Universe is more than i could of expected.....but i don't enter shows that i feel i have no hope to make a good showing and the Universe is the next step up in standard so i will be taking a yr off and with the help of my coach we will try to acheive more lean muscle and to bring up weaker bodyparts.....
and now to the cheesecake.......

cheers gerry i took last week pretty easy now i am starting to plan out my approach for next yr..
gerry i travel to NY normally once or twice a yr on business next time i am there i will give you a shout and you can show me a decent gym to train at if you don't mind mate...

Sounds good, Paul. Would be terrific to see you. There is a very good Gold's in midtown but there are several other top gyms depending on where you stay.
I've coached several competitors in their posing so if you want advice or want to compare notes (sure I could learn from you) that would be great. See you!

i hope so mate i have been speaking to my coach and we are looking to put on 10-15lbs of lean muscle by next yr i am as focused as i have ever been so as long as i do the work in the gym then it is acheivable and maybe i can crack the top 3 or maybe even.......best not push my luck.....lol
