I thought I'd post this, just in case anyone was following my progress in my training journal while competing in the 2005 Physique transformation contest on the Oldschoolbodybuilding website. The contest ended May 22nd.. I ended up winning first place! My total weight loss during 13 weeks of dieting(3-4 were only semi-strict) was 32 lbs & I also lost 5 inches from my waist. I know my physique has a LONG way to go before I step on a bodybuilding stage again, but it's definitely a start. Thanks to anyone who took an interest! I think you have the dedication and will to get back up on stage
by next year. I for one am looking forward to see you in contest ready form.

well done mate and i agree with ntr i am damn certain it takes more dedication and focus for you tose those 32lbs than it did to gain them....keep it going mate

Congrats Big Guy. you deserve it. your hard work and down to earth attitude make you a winner anyway, so this is icing on the cake!

Wow, guys! Thanks for all the nice comments! The genuine friendliness & support here is what makes this the best website around. I'm getting ready for my next 10 week dieting push, so keep watching! There's LOT's more changes to come.... Thank you all for showing an interest & being so supportive!
