I just heard they gave him his own class on stage, "very old but damn good", wouldn't everyone like to look like Tim when they get to his age, awesome that he is still on stage with all the sh*t this guy has been through in his day, happy B-day Tim and kick some ass on stage buddy...

there is this old guy at my gym that looks cut...with a decent size to his frame....i would assume he was a bodybuilder...but he looks around 60 or so...
he always trains his abs ;D and thats all i see him do ....at least at the gym i go to....
