I seem to have size in the inner part of my bicep...but on my outer part...it lacks peak big time....you can barely see anything when i do a Double back bicep pose....its like straight flat with my shoulder....
Is there anyway to get that peak ? When i do a front double bicep..they look just fine.

try hammers, they target the outer head. Also try concentration curls but do them the way Arnold did, don't brace your elbow against anything.

yea...i'm currently doing hammer curls on my power and shock week...
on the concentration curl..you mean don't put my elbow by my thigh? just let my arm sort of hang?
