What do you think are must have stretch exercises every time before and after you workout?

I like to stretch the entire body every morning. I stretch out my entire body. I stretch my lower back, legs hams, chest ect. It just feels good.

I normally stretch during my workout, inbetween sets. Then after my INTENSE training session I do abs, cardio and some stretching in that order. I feel that doing 2-3 warm up sets I don't need th stretch b4. I have not had an injury in 10 years so i guess my method works for me.
