How do you guys wake up early in the morning and train?
I want to do that too..cause whenever i go to the gym...its always so packed...and too much distraction...that i can't keep focus....
but the problem is with food.....how does your morning meal look like if you train first thing in the morning??

I prefer to train very early. I tend to be too tired if i wait until my work day is over (which tends to average 11 hours). I train at 4:30am or 5:00am. My morning meal consists of 12 eggs, with 2-3 yolks. Later I'll have some instant oatmeal and an mrp.

Sleep? Who has time for that LOL. What I do is down a cup of coffee and a couple fat burners. Then I hit the weights, cook my eggs and then shower. One word of caution Max. Remember that most of what you read in the mags are by people who are taking stuff. All the nutrition recommendations are from guys who use a variety of chemicals that may need that type of intake. Of course it couldn't hurt to have some carbs, but I usually get them in within 90 minutes of the workout.

Cave, 4:30 is when I kick it off too, bro! Two cups of coffee, a couple slices of cataloupe, and it's time to head to the gym.

Anybody have a good substitute to coffee in AM? Wouldn't mind the caffeine, but can't stand coffee. I'm with Max and 1400, Ineed to start doing my workouts in the AM cause things get busy and I"m too tired later.

A 90 tab bottle of 200mg caff should only cost you about $5.

I wish that getting up early was an easy thing for me.. but its not... currently i set 3 alarm to get up.. but once i get up at a certain time to train it gets easier and easier..
it just takes time to get used to..
and morning meals... or the lack there of. For some reason.. i find the first 2 meals of the day the hardest to get down.. it takes me a good couple of hours to really be awake and ready to eat.. so thats probably my problem
