;D THANKS everyone! I REALLY appreciate your comments! They made my day! I'm feeling much better now about everything (last week was not the greatest) and I'm happy for the most part with the pics and my progress so far...when I get up the nerve, maybe I'll show some from about 6 wks ago when I started back up again....we'll see. I've been working really hard at bringing up my back/V taper and I think there has been progress there. My lats are high and short, so it hasn't been easy, but I'm starting to see a little V ;D Again, thank you all...you keep my fire burning and make me smile.

AM CARDIO: 30 mins elliptical PM TRAINING: Legs
DIET: 6:30- Glutamine, BCAAs, Lipo 6 (pre-cardo) 10:00- 1/2c oatmeal, 1 scoop whey (in oatmeal), 1 scoop whey shake, 1 tbsp flax seed meal, vitamin (400 Cal, 42gP, 35gC, 10gF) 12:45- 5oz 93% lean ground turkey, 6oz yam, green beans, Lipo6 (365 Cal, 35gP, 36gC, 9gF) 3:30- 5oz 93% lean ground turkey, broccoli, 2 Udo's caps (240 Cal, 35gP, 11gF) 7:00- AWESOME blueberry apple cinnamon protein pancakes (I'll post the recipe in the Recipe section later), 1/4c sugar free syrup, Lipo6 (350Cal, 35gP, 45gC, 3gF) 9:30- 4 plain rice cakes w/1 tbsp sugar free perserves, 1.5 scoops whey shake, glutamine, creatine, BCAAs, vitamins C & E (300 Cals, 35gP, 36gC, 2gF)
TOTALS: 1655 Cal, 182gP, 152gC, 35gF

Damn Sara! Nice new pics girl. You definately have the structure to do some damage. Keep your attitude focused. It's a slow process to be sure. Keep the diet clean and do your cardio girl, and you'll be looking great up on stage!

Thanks Duff That's exactly what the plan is...working good so far. Well, I leave for NC tomorrow night ;D can't wait...need a nice little break from all that's going on here with work and some other things. Going to a XMas party down there and will be sporting a low cut in the back dress (or a nice little strapless number, haven't quite decided which on yet LOL), so hopefully my hard work the past month has paid off...we'll see what the man says Feeling and starting to look a little leaner and firmer I'm seeing progress in my upper body lately and I think I've put a little size on my back (something I've been working on, I'll post some pics in a min from the last 9 months...that and medial delts to detract from my larger lower body) AM CARDIO: 1 hour (40 mins recumbent bike, 20 mins treadmill...shins getting better), ABS, hyperextensions PM TRAINING: Biceps DIET: 8:15- Glutamine, BCAAs, Liquid Clenbutrx (1 serving left boohoo), 1 tbsp L-Carnitine (1000mg) (pre-cardio) 11:00- 1/2c oatmeal, 1 scoop whey protein, 5 egg whites, vitamin (315 Cal, 38gP, 30gC, 5gF) 2:30- Muscle Milk shake w/8oz low carb fat free milk and water, Liquid Clenbutrx, (pre-workout) (365 Cal, 35gP, 15gC, 18gF) 4:00- Glutamine, creatine, BCAAs (post-workout) 6:30- 1/2c oatmeal, 1 scoop protein, VP2 shake (1 scoop) (post workout) (357 Cal, 47gP, 31gC, 5gF) 10:30- 5oz 93% lean ground turkey, broccoli (230 Cal, 35gP, 10gF) TOTALS: 1267 Cal, 155gP, 76gC, 38gF (didn't eat enough today) In case I haven't mentioned this, I don't count green veggies in my macros as they are considered "free" for now...

As I've said, I've been working on bringing up my back and delts to help detract from my larger, muscular (when in shape LOL) lower body...I think I'm making improvements, and can't wait to see what it looks like when I lean out more... Feb 04 May 04 [ Today

wow sara...your back/upper body looks fantastic... As for your lower body, I saw that one booty shot over at mayhem.... I think you should import that over here...The guys need to see that one lol.. If I didn't think I would end up in the doghouse, I would make it my desktop

DAMN, girl, looking GOOD! WOW! Like I said before, KUDOS on your transformation from the original pics. Your body looks AWSOME! How's the mental part of it going? You definitely have the body! Just keep everything in perspective and work HARD!

Aww...schucks..THANK YOU Chad and Hoss! You put a huge ass smile on my face ;D I've been working extremely hard over the past year to bring up my back and am happy with my progress SO FAR...still a lot of work to do, but I'm getting there... As for the mental part, this week was really good on that end. Last week was harder because as I've said, I did put on some weight over the late summer/early fall so I was discouraged, but I think the little tweak in my diet (slightly higher carbs and cals) has slowly started to kick start my metabolism again as I'm definitely harder and leaner this week vs last, and I'm sure it will continue over the next few weeks before I go hard core into the diet...seeing results is DEFINITELY VERY MOTIVATING, as I'm sure you all know. I'm still looking for/thinking about who to work with...most likely I'll be back with Bodyfx after the New Year when I can afford it. Chad, not sure which lower body shot you're referring to, so I'll post a few here for ya These are from Feb (blac), May (in the red) and July/August (white)...Enjoy (sorry for those that have seen these already LOL)...
