is it my imagination or do your shoulders slope downwards slightly? I think Frank (mrbeefy) has the same problem. If this is the case then I would suggest you continue to build more width and thickness into your side shoulder to mitigate the sloping.

my suggestion would be to focus on one weakness at a time so for now, stick to the shoulders, because they are the most obvious area that needs work

no, you are right I have terrible shoulders I have been working them extra hard for the last month. I still havent seen any change in them yet Once you hit them hard, you have to back off and change your volume/routine...that's when you will see a change. Example after example exists with this so-called "phenomenon"" when you look at how many people make gains when switching from volume to HIT routines. Because they used volume for X amount of time, then backed off, it allowed their bodies to recuperate at a faster pace, and what is called "super-compensation" occurs. So, back off a few sets for a week or two, and change the exercises as well, and you should see some type of change shortly.

Bob, I believe your physique is well balanced. In my humble opinion, dont worry too much with your shoulders… Every muscle looks better and bigger when your bodyfat percentage is very low but it's even mooooore obvious with shoulders. They'll be round, striated and you'll see the insertions so they'll catch up with some muscles which appear good even when you bodyfat is higher (Biceps and triceps for exemple).
Unfortunately, the only time we are really in a position to evaluate our weakness... is when we are in a contest shape... or almost!
Good luck!
Mo

Mo Thanks , I think I have concluded that I can't play the size game I believe I will be out muscled, so I will concentrate on coming in better condition and nail my posing to try and give me the edge

Judging these days is always coming down to CONDITIONING! I think you're right on for focusing on that; get shredded as that's what judges are looking for.
