Tonight's workout Shoulders, Bi's and Tri's
Shoulders: Side laterals: 20lb DB 10x10x8 Military press: Increased to 27.5 10x8x6 Rear deltoid laterals/Supported laterals: 17.5 8x8x8
Bi's: 2 exercises work arms twice a week Preachers curls: 50lb BB 8x6x6 Hammer curls: 32.5 DB 10x8x6
Tri's: Skull crushers: 60lb BB 8x8x8 Kick Backs: 22.5lbs BB 10x10x8
25 Min treadmill session 10% incline @ 4.2 mph.
Next week I will begin posting my diet. Tonight an awesome workout!!!! As my strength has gone up since last week's workout!!!

Thanks, Lynn. I was pretty excited that I moved up in weight!!!!
Tonight off, no workout/cardio. Thank heavens!!! I painted our bedroom and you forget about those muscles you don't use!!! I am wiped!!!!!

WOW Chest and back on the same day, that is KILLER!! I know. My husband and I think my arms are weak, so I work them twice a week, leaving back and chest together. Actually it is not that bad, just LONG!!!!! Back: Pulley Rows: up from last week-110lbs 10x8x8 Bent over BB rows: 60lbs x12, 70lbs 10x10 Pull downs: 110lbs 8x8x6 Chest: Incline bench press: 50lbs x12, 60lbs 10x10 Flat DB press: 30lb 8x8x8 Incline Flies: 25lb DB: 8x6x6 Push ups 20x15x15 Calves: Calf press: 520lbs 12x10x10 Seated calf raises: 180lbs 8x6x6 Abs. No cardio. AWESOME!! I had a great workout and my strength is going up!!!!

These pics were taken today after my workout. Today: Legs, Bi's and Tri's Legs: Squats with BB: 50lbs 12, 60lbs 10x8 Standing lunges: 50lbs BB: 12x12x10 Stiff leg dead lifts: 60lbs x12, 70lbs 8x6 Bi's: Again work arms twice a week, only 2 exercises with 3 sets today. Cable curls: 20lbs(per arm)12x12x10, up next workout Cable curls with small EZ bar: 35lbs 12x10x8 Tri's: Incline skull crushers: 50lbs 12x12x10 Close grip presses: 60lbs 12x10x8 Another great workout!!!! Strength continuing to increase. Must be the increase in protein!!!

AWESOME! You look great!! Your arms look good, you are petite, that's all. How tall are you? You look tall. Geez you have a great natural frame to work with. You are already so lean!!!!!

Thank you so much!!! I am only 5'4. My husband has teased me for a long time, b/c my legs are so long that I look taller than I am. Yes I am petite, but I get frustrated b/c I am "long" it is harder for me to put on muscle. Thanks again!!! Tonight: Cardio 30 minutes, treadmill.

I would have guessed 5'8 at least. I AM THE SAME WAY!! Long and wirey. I feel your pain about the muscle. You look beautiful, great lines.

I have cut my carbs down the last few days and tonight I could not take it...I had 2 LARGE bowls of bran cereal, my favorite!!! Back on tomorrow. I will post my diet next week.

I dont care what Young blood says, we girlies NEED our carbs!! Sapph There's a big difference between need and want, my dear! I'm very impressed with your lifting Kari!!! You do laterals with almost as much as I do!!! Keep up your lifting and your going to do very well come contest time!
