Tonight's WO was ok for legs. My stinkin' knees were hurting pretty bad(surgery on both in past). So I could not push as I would have liked...a lot of teeth clinching.. Legs: BB squats: 50lbs: 12, 60lbs 12, 70lbs 12 Standing lunges w/BB: 60lbs 10x10, dropped to 50lb BB 8 Stiff leg dead lifts w/ BB: 50lbs 12, 60lbs 12, 70lbs 12 up next WO. Shoulders: Side laterals: 20lb DB 12x12x12 then last set, drop sets 15x8, 10x5. Military press DB: 27.5lbs: 10x8x8 Rear delts 10lb DB(drop sets wiped me out had to lower wt) 10x8x6 Front lateral raises: 15lb DB 12x12x12, up next WO. Hyper-extensions No cardio. Tomorrow-chest, bi's and tri's-treadmill.

Chest, Bi's and Tri's:
Chest: Incline bench press with BB: 70lb sx12; 80x8, 90x5 Flat DB press: 30lb DB 10x10x8 Incline press: 30lb DB 8x8x6 Push ups: 25x17x15
Bi's(work twice a week) Standing BB curls: 60lbs 10x10x8 Hammer curls: 32.5lbs 10x10x8
Tri's Close grip press with BB: 60x12; 70x12; 80x10 Push downs: 45lbs 12; 50x8x5
Treadmill: 25 min session
Great workout!!! Went up on bench, and tri's!!!!!

Those are still great leg workouts even with sore knees! I take a glucosamine-fish oil combo for mine and it helps no end...

Tonight another great WO!! My strength is just going up! #bbarbellsmiley4dr# Increased weight on majority of exercises!!! It has to be due to my dramatic increase in protein. I have REALLY been making sure I am getting enough protein everyday!!!
Back: Pulley rows: 120 x12, 130x 10, 140x5 Bent over BB rows: 80x12,90x10x8 Wide grip pull downs: 120 x12, 130 x10x8
Arms(twice a week) Cable curls 25lb each arm: 25 x12, 30x10x8 2 arm cable curls with small ez bar: 40 x10x6x6
Tri's: Incline skull crushers: 60 x10x10x8 Kick Backs: 20lb DB: 10x10x8
Again GREAT WO!!!!!

Calf presses on leg press: 540lbs 10x10x8 Standing calf raises: 280lbx 10x10x8

Another great WO!!! Today I squatted in the rack. I had been doing preloaded BB squats and I was told to try in the rack with the olympic bar. So I actually was able to go up in weight, my knees were still pretty painful, but I worked through it. BB squats: 85lbs: 10x10x8 Walking lunges: dropped in wt b/c of knees but increased reps: 50lb BB 12x12x12 Stiff leg dead lifts: 70lb x12; 80 x12; 90 x8.....very happy with those!!! Shoulders: Military press: 30 lb DB x8, had to go down to 27.5 8x8 Side laterals: 20lb 10x10x8 Rear delts: 15 10x10x8 Front lateral raises: 15lbs 10x10x8 cardio treadmill 30min 4.5mph @10% incline. Still feeling very strong and very excited!!!!!

Thanks!!! My shoulders are sore...but from the waist down...is VERY SORE.....LOVIN' IT!!!! Tonight no WO/Cardio. My son has his 2 1/2 yr well visit at the doctor this evening so I had to move some things around! Tomorrow chest and arms!!!!

Flat BB bench press: 85lbs 10x8x6 Incline DB presses: 30lb DB each hand 10x8x6 Flat DB presses: 30lbs Db each hand 10x8x6 Incline peck deck(no labeled poundages) 5 plates 8x6x6 Push ups: 25;20;15;10
Bi's: Preacher curls: 50lb BB 10x8x5 Hammer curls: 35lb DB 12x10; last set drop set: 30x10; 25x8; 20x6
Tri's: Close grip presses(no spot could not go as heavy) 70lb BB x12; 80lb BB 8x5 Two arm DB tricep extension: 40lb DB 10x10x8 ABS
