I don't care what Young blood says, we girlies NEED our carbs!! Sapph There's a big difference between need and want, my dear! I'm very impressed with your lifting Kari!!! You do laterals with almost as much as I do!!! Keep up your lifting and your going to do very well come contest time! Thanks YB! That is motivational that I lift almost as much as you do on laterals.....I may catch up to you soon!!!! Now about the carbs.....I am with Sapph on this one........ #highfive5wp# .....I WANT.....WANT.....NEED.....my carbs!!!!! I am strugglln' here. I am counting down until Sat, where my carb cycle ends (until Mon)....it is my daughter's 4th b-day party and I am eating.....in moderation....of course!!! It is sick to be dreaming of Sat...but I'll hang tough Tonight off, no workout or cardio.

Tonight I was suppose to do cardio but I took my daughter, Alexa, to a mother/daughter "English Tea" at our church.
Tomorrow night: Chest, Back, Calves, Abs and cardio...long workout....but it will be a hard one!

The tea was fun. Good mommy little girl time Tonight cardio only...husband got a flat tire so I has to take care of the two little ones. 30 min of kick butt cardio 10% incline for 4.2-4.5mph. Thankgoodness I have long legs to walk that fast!!! Tomorrow off Alexa's 4th b-day party and a BB diet break. Back on track Sunday for Legs, arms, abs, and throw in calves. (Like the new pic, Sapphire, how did you get it that big? Terry and I cannot figure it out.)

The b-day party was INSANE!!! NO real good pic's to post of the party....too many 2-4yr olds running around...and Alexa and Dylan(my 2yr old) were bouncing off the wall....thank goodness for my workout today!!!!!
Today: Getting back on track since had to miss yesterday.
Legs, arms, calves, abs:
Squats with BB: 50lbx12, 60lb 10x8 Walking lunges with BB: 50x12, 60 10x8 Stiff leg dead lifts: 60 lb BB 12, 70 8x8
Bi's: Cable curls(on cable cross over) 25 10x10x8 cable curls with small ez bar: 40 10x8x6
Tri's: Seated DB 2 arm extension: 32.5x12, 35x12, 40x10 close grip press: 60lb BB: 12, 70x8x6
Calves: Calf presses on leg press: 520lbs: 12x10x10 Seated calf raises: 180 7x6x6
ABS
Great work out but very tired.....WOULD NOT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!!!!!! No cardio tonight.

Great workout your calves must be screaming at you. smiles s Everything from the waist down is killing me today ;D! I went up on those stiff leg dead lifts and I am SORE!!! I went up on squats too. I have to really careful with my knees. I have had a surgery on both knees already. I used to be really strong on my legs and my leg press was great, but now I have to be careful. Believe it or not my knees do not hurt at all with swats and reg lunges or walking lunges. BUT I LOVE EVERY SORE MINUTE OF IT!!!!!!

Tri's: Skull crushers: 60lb BB 10x8 Kick backs: 22.5lb DB 10x10
Cardio: Treadmill 30min @ 10% incline fpr 4.5 mph
Great workout tonight!!! Off tomorrow.

Went up on just about everything!!!!!! ;D Off this weekend. I am going out of town with my two bestfriends...shopping!!!! Late 30th b-day gift...planned!!!! So, the husband has the two little ones until Sun afternoon. Have a nice weekend, Sapph and Lynn!!!!!
