Tim, I have not payed much attention to the Karma. I need to give you an entire stack of the stuff. I did give Karrie her Karma but both of you deserve more than those measely numbers posted under your names. All the other members have great karma also! #bowdown3ht#

My hubby is trying to get me to split my body in half, to see if I build more. Since my limbs are long, it is more difficult for me to put on muscle, so he is wanting me to try this for a while. I may start this next week!!!!

Kari, your enthusiam is contagious. Since we are the same size (mass) and height, I am going to keep an eye on you Thanks for posting and keep kicking a$$! You just are so WONDERFUL with your compliments!!!! I would love to see pics of you! I love it when I see someone with my size and height b/c it MOTIVATES me!!! My bestfriend who also lifts, is short, compact, a TRUE endomorph and we cannot relate, as far as build!!! Love her dearly but WAY different builds!!!!! Do you compete?

We girls missed ya!!!! I am soooo sorry to hear about your stomach...blah!!!!! I want to hear about your trip.....I hope you got sick towards the end of your vacation. Nothing new here...just same old...but my WO's have been great!!! You and Sheri(lynn) have really motivated me! I have really been kickin' butt in the gym. I'm also concentrating on my diet and protein intake...that HAS to be the difference!!!! Glad you made it back safe!!!!! Now get better and hit the gym, missy!!!!!!

Glad to hear you wos have been good!! Very impressive weights BTW!! I feel better today for the first time!! YIPPEE!! I am going to hit my chest and bis HARD tommorow for sure! Unfortunately I got sick the second day there, mostly we relaxed on the beach and swam in the ocean, it was very relaxing. We still had an awesome time, spent every minute together which we both love to do. You know how life can get crazy. Whatcha up to this weekend?

Very impressive workouts Karrie!! Keep it going! #bbarbellsmiley4dr# Thanks!! I am really pushing myself!!! Actually really surprising myself!!! ;D Starting Sunday I am splitting my body in half. Working legs/arms, Tues Back, Chest and shoulders, then fri legs and arms....rotating in that manner. My hubby wants me to try this method. We'll give it a try and see what my growth, as far as muscle mass, will be. Long WO's but I can take it!!! Fri June 2nd's WO: Back, calves and cardio: Pulley Rows: 120x12,130x12x12 Bent over BB rows: I AM REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THESE!!!!! Last back WO I started with 70,80,90. This week I did 2 sets with 90lbs!!! ;D soooo: 80lbsx12, 90x10x10. I actually did try the 100lbs but it was toooo heavy but I WILL get to that soon!!!! Close grip pull downs: 110x12,120x6x5 Calves: I LOVE WORKING CALVES!!!! Calf presses on leg press: 540lbs: 12x12x12 Calf raises: 290x12x12x12 Cardio 20 min treadmill. GREAT WO!!!!

Pics are VERY useful b/c you have a starting pic and then you take them periodically to see the changes you have made!!!!! My hubby and I have been together for 12 yrs (married for 9) and he began taking pics of me 12 yrs ago....on and off and it is wonderful to see all the progress I have made. Minus the ones he took of my 2 pregnancies. Pics are a great documentation tool!!! The funny thing is about those BB rows is if you look back through my journal I just started doing those a few weeks ago. I was in a car accident 6-7 yrs ago(hit from behind) so I tended to baby my back a little while lifting. Finally I just stopped and told my hubby I want to really see what I can do with my back and he showed me the rows.....well actually we were watching Ronnie Coleman's video( we love BB videos) and I saw him do those and I wanted to try and I have REALLY surprised myself with the strength I have!!! Beckie, Thanks!!! I agree.....it is AWESOME to see women lifting real weight!!!!! My cousin and I lift more than some of the guys at our gym!!!! It actually is a joke with some of the guys b/c we push them to lift heavier!!! Thanks for checking out my WO's!!!!

Hello to all the women on WOTW! Kerrie, you are correct, I will save my pictures and document my progress over time.
At first I was surprised you were inspired by Ronnie Coleman and than I remembered how I am inspired by no other than (Hello Tim #arollseyes3zc#) Robby Robinson ;D. You see, there is this video of Robby posing on the beach in Santa Monica and the posing music is just awesome. I know this is hilarious but I am dead serious as I mimic Robby's every move while pretending to be some kind of ripped bodybuilder. #amuscleman4dx# It is a hoot! #brolfsmiley0vx#

You post some incredible workouts and lift some impressive poundages. It does inspire me to aim higher.
All you women hit it hard and heavy. Even Kerrie, after an auto accident, is making incredible gains.
I look up to you women! Ya'll show me what is possible. You can be small and still be strong! Thank goodness for WOTW or Women on the Web! HA!!
