Sapph.....NO NEED to apologize...I have sooo busy myself I have only been able to post here.....no worries!!!! Tiff......I started feeling yucky yesterday with my sinuses soooo I just did cardio....I did 35 min on the treadmill. Tonight---chest, back shoulders and cardio...feeling better today.

WORK OUT WAS GREAT!!!
CHEST: incline db press: 30 db's: 8x8x8 flat press: 30 db's: 8x8x8 incline flies: 20 db's: 8x8x6
shoulders: side lats: 20 db's: 10x10 last set drop set: 20x10; 15x8; 10x7 Arnold press: 25 db's: 8x8x8 front lat raises: 20x8x8x8 upright bb rows: 50x8x6x6 rear delts: 15x8x8x8---I did alot for shoulders b/c I was feeling better last night!! Cardio 15 min treadmill and 15min elliptical!!!

Still looking like some great w/o's still Karrie. Even with the pleurisy lingering around. Bad thing about it is it takes a long time for the fluid in the pleural cavity to diffuse out and if you get anouther chest cold it even hinders it worse. On a positive note you would be a good patient for students to get a chance to hear what crackles sound like...J/K...take care of yourself young lady and i hope you feel better soon.

I am so glad you had such a strong work out, means you are on the mend Hate to be a nag, but have you been taking your vitamins regularly? I know it can be hard to be consistent with something new. When I started taking them, I found the best way to make sure I never missed a day was to keep them out in plain sight. If I kept them hidden away in the cupboard, I was sure to forget about them.

I wanted to let you all know I am still lifting and I am having some VERY STRONG and amazing wo's!!! I just have not had the time to actually post my poundages and exercises!!!! My deads have been going VERY well and I am finally getting my strength back from being sick! My squats still are my weakest, and bench is pretty decent BUT I am still working on those both!!!! ;D

Great job Karrie! Keep it up!!! I think you could put some weighted vests on the kids, this way you can get your deadlifts in by multi trasking!!! ;D
My wifes trainer her told her that today she graduates to being an intermediate lifter! SHe's doing great, and I'm very proud of her!
He said next week they will start doing all 3 lifts 3 times per week, and that she'll also be doing some "speed-lifting"?!?

Today Terry went to the gym with me....AWESOME wo...chest and tri's but I have to tell you .....if you remember I do not like cable crossovers for chest b/c I have gotten caught up in the cables...not a pretty sight...well Terry helped me today and I did them right!!! I really like them now!!! LOL!!!!!!

Training is going VERY well!!!!! I am getting stronger and I have put on a little muscle from the powerlifting training. Right now I am back to doing regular routines for a while, and I am actually dieting now for the summer, to get more cuts in the arms and legs. My husband has been coming with me one day a week to the gym and it has been VERY helpful! I appreciate him shaking things up a bit for me!!! It is the time factor to type in my wo's! Like today, my son is sick, my sitter called and I had to go get him and leave work so I have a little time to post today!!! Once my class ends here in a month or so I am going to FINALLY throw in a 4th day of training which I am EXCITED about!

So glad your work outs are going so well and you are seeing gains. It is great that Terry is able to go with you, I know what you mean by being able to shake things up, when Troy comes to the gym with me he helps push me through my sticking points and always throws in something new. Keep up the awesome work and do not worry about posting so much. I'm not even working right now and I have a hard time posting everyday

Thanks Tiff and Frank! Last night I had AN AWESOME WO!!!! I am training my co-worker and that is going well. I have been doing one leg, leg presses and split squats and my legs are slowly getting more shape! I am excited to see what I am gonna look like at the end of this 8 week diet.
It was funny, though, last night there were these new guys at the gym and literally every time they needed db' s for curls I had them for my curls. The one guy was a little irritated but the other guy said "If a woman is showing me up then I need to do something." They needed the 30's, I had them, they needed the 35's, I had them and of course I had the 40lb db's when they needed them. It was funny, I think they were glad to see me leave. LOL!!!! Anyway, tomorrow, back, chest and shoulders! ;D ;D ;D
