I am SLOWLY feeling better!!! My lungs are not real good, but I will get through it! Yesterday I did arms and cardio. Tonight back to my powerlifting training chest and shoulders. I will do the treadmill again but I need to slowly work my way back up to 30 min. I will try 20 again tonight depending on how my breathing is.

Well, last night did better as far as my lungs. I was able to do 25 min of the treadmill, only at 3.5 instead of 4.2-4.5 but that is ok.
Great wo actually. Back to my training. I moved my bench up and was pretty happy with the results ESPECIALLY since I have been sick.
Flat bench-65% of max: 70x8x8x8-will do same weight next week to try to hit 3 sets of 10 incline Db presses: 25x8x8x8 flies: 20x8x6x6
shoulders: military press with db's: 22.5x8x8x8 side lats: 20x8x8x8 front lat raises: 20x6x6x6 rear delts: 15x6x6x6
butt, abs and cardio.
Pretty happy with the chest wo and I am getting stronger. I know I need to give myself a break and not push tooooo hard.
Cardio tomorrow night and squats on Fri.

I am gonna start taking vitamins!!!!
I was suppose to wo last night but yesterday three patients came in with VERY STRONG PERFUME and it just was sitting in my lungs...I had a hard time breathing from 3:00 on yesterday...so no wo last night and I am gonna take tonight off. I think I am gonna do regular wo's next week and then get back to powerlifting after one week of solid wo's. I do not wanna hurt myself. I am gonna try cardio tonight at home.

Many offices here are now putting up scent free area signs to prevent their employees from suffering from an asthma attack or migraine - is this something your boss would consider? I know all my doctor's offices are scent free, they have signs posted and inform you when the initial call is made. I think it is a great idea.

I know all my doctor's offices are scent free, they have signs posted and inform you when the initial call is made. I think it is a great idea. Here, if an office DOES put up signs it is more for the patients not employees. It is a bit annoying when I get thrown into a "coughing fit" and then have a headache not only from the perfume BUT also from the coughing!!! BUT today I hit the gym and had an AWESOME WO!!! This week normal wo's and back on track next Sun. Legs: Super set walking BB lunges 55lb with squats 70lbs for 3 sets of 10 for each. Super sets: lying legs curls 60/with seated for 70 for 3 sets of 10. Bi's: BB curls 55x8x8x8 2 arm cable curls with ez bar: 45x8x8x8+ one arm cable curl on cross over part: 20x8x6x6 Tri's: Cg presses: 55x8x8x8 2 arm over head ext machine 8x8x8 push downs: 45x8x6x6 butt and cardio. Still can only do 20 min on treadmill b/c of lungs But at least the wo was GREAT!!!

The other day I had to move to another cross trainer at the other end of the gym. Some guy must have put on half a bottle of body spray before coming in and I was getting a major headache not to mention gagging from the stench. I don't mind a light spay when going out, but leave the spray in the bag when going to the gym ;D GREAT WORKOUT and don't worry about the cardio, take your time and get healthy

There is a girl in our gym, one of the "spandex" crowd, who applies perfume 2-3 times per NIGHT. I guess she does not like to be sweaty or smelly, because she changes her top 1-2 a night, and evertime she does, she re-applies more perfume. The ONLY good side of that is that it is VERY nice perfume...WAY too much, but smells very nice.
Worst case I had was:
Had a co-worker used to come in and do her hair. put on her make up, and apply here perfume (very cheap stanky stuff) at her desk, right across from me.
I had asked her to please use the ladies room for that, etc., because the perfume (at least that's what she called it), was causing a severe migraine. She wouldn't stop. So I mentioned it to our boss, who then said something to her.
In retalliation, she poured an ENTIRE bottle of it on the carpet under my chair! It REAKED! They called people in to remove the stain and the smell, and it would NOT come out.
I eventually had to move to the other side of the office. People can be inconsiderate everywhere.
