I agree with Tim and Beckie. I have seen ALOT of people change dramatically in just 6 weeks time! It is amazing what the body does!!! Just continue with the diet and cardio!!!! Only 7 weeks to go, that is it, think of how far you have come!!! Hang in there!!!! #smileycheeleader9un#

OK Tim, thank you!! I feel better now, it just is such a sllloooowww process. I guess 7 weeks is a pretty good amount of time. Eric is going to evaluate me in a couple of weeks to determine if I should wait til a comp in early August. It is a drug tested one which he feels is better for me. The one in May is NOT. He really wanted more time than I gave him. BUT I will kick it up a notch and see what happens.
Also my love is not overly happy about me "losing my assets" He likes the way I look now. He is very supportive of my goals but does mention that he thinks I am skinny enough on occasion.
I had a great shoulder and bi wo today! LEGS are tommorow. ;D

see you have a great support team and you may just need a little more time to be ready! Everyone loses fat at a different rate and some of us are very slow and need a longer diet frame! And I agree a drug tested show is probably better for you... Happy Easter to you and Chris!!!! PS with the suits, most suitmakers require at least 6 weeks to get the suit done

Like everyone has said, seven weeks is a long time but if you and Eric feel the August show would give you more time to prep then skip this one and take the time to do what you need to do. Remember life is constantly changing, to change along with it is the only way to get anywhere

Saph, You're doing great. First shows are always a bit stressful, and that's ok. Just go with the flow. ..and don't worry about your "assets". It's all in the "attitude" Keep working hard girl!

I think, as I said, stay on course and see what Eric says. I agree that for your first show a drug tested show might be the way to go. Eric knows what he is doing and I know you trust his judgement 100%!!!! BTW do not worry too much about losing your assets, they will come back!!!

No OF COURSE not Beckie! I actually was at the gym late last night, leg day, OUCHIE!! Then we went food shopping and to the pet store for doogie treats and a new bed for my Oliver.
I am actually doing better this week. I dropped from 127.5 to 125.5 in 5 days!! Eric put me on some metabolism raising junk and increased my fat burner. I guess it worked. I think I look the same, but my clothes are def alot looser, almost annoyingly loose. I can't believe I have lost 12 pounds!
ALSO we did decide to postpone my comp until August 25, that gives me 10 MORE weeks to be ready. This show is natural and tested. It is in NJ but that's OK. Eric wants me to go watch the other show to get a feel for what I need to do. ;D

Going to a show as a spectator is a great idea, like Eric said, gives you a feel for what goes on. August sounds like a good date, weather is nicer so getting out and doing the extra cardio is fun and the sunshine will help keep the spirit up. Who knows, depending on if I am back to work or not and if I can get some time off, I might be able to come down and cheer you on ;D

As long as you are comfortable with an August comp then we are too!!! We support you in May or August! I do think the August show is going to put you on a more even comp field since it is a drug tested show! I also agree with Eric and Tiff, going as a spectator is a really good idea!!! That is AWESOME that you have lost 12 pounds!!! #highfive5wp#

Eric is a wise man Sapph and I'm glad he's got your back! You'll learn alot by going to that show and seeing how the figure girls 'do their thing' Did you look at those suit sites yet?? Maybe we can find a show in NY when I'm over later in the year!? I know OCB has a couple!
