Thanks Mo!! I`m doing the NPC Mr. Buffalo contest on April 1st.,.........Over-50 age group only. Details for anyone that might want to attend: Date: Saturday April 1st. Place: Maryvale HS Auditorium Maryvale Dr. and Union Rd. Cheektowaga N.Y. Pre-Judging: 10:00 AM Finals; 7:00 PM That is the actual name of the contest..................they dropped the "Mr." part a long time ago to give the contests more legitamacy, but I always thought that Mr. America sounded way cooler than the National BB Champion!!

Feel free do delete this and edit yours (though i'd save you before anybody else sees) #brownnosersmiley8hm#

Thanks for the inspiration Mo !! #thankyou4nb#
My plan is to go zero carbs for today until Tues.,eggwhites and tuna only, drink a ton of water while salting my food heavily, stop salt intake on Wed.,then I`ll reintroduce carbs into the body, while keeping my water intake extremely high, and dropping water completely sometime on Friday, time depending on how I look.
Will only be eating chicken breasts and yams,Wed. through Fri.,on Sat.,I`ll eat a very light meal with some simple carbs,a bit of salt, and a sip or two of water, and give it my best shot!!!
I`ll be posing constantly all week also.
As far as training goes,I`ll still do cardio up until Wed. but not as intense( 30 minutes only),and I`ll train my upperbody only, doing all the bodyparts light, with high reps, from Mon.-Wed. then after training on Wed.,I`ll add in the carbs.
Can`t wait to see how I look with the Pro-Tan on as right now I`m really pale.
