I'm back everyone! I ended up in 5'th place in the master's division. It was a tough class! I thought I should have placed at least third but that's how it goes in this crazy sport that we're in! I didn't place in the open division, which kind of suprised me also. When I didn't get called out in the first group in the pre judging I knew that it wasn't going to be my day! I havn't competed in three years and I know I'm a little off but I thought I'd be in the hunt. I was a little flat yesterday I think I carb depleted too much and probably didn't carb up enough also I think I'm somewhat over trained after eighteen weeks of training and dieting. Oh well its back to the gym! The guy in the red suit on the left of me was the second place winner.

The guy the right is the winner and the guy on his right was second place.
