Anyway, I know that I have a lot to work, but even though my "friend" told me that I wouldn't make it anyhow, because it's too damn hard. Just liek all those guys in high school who said I would never play college football or any sport that is. Or the guys at my gym when I was 16 just learning that one day I would want to bodybuild. Get my point, use what your friend said as motivation and PROVE him wrong. sh*t prove EVERYONE wrong. I love doing that to this day. GL bro!

Chan, saw your "transformation". Only one word to say : Amazing. The fact is that I really don't know how to start concerning my diet. Should I go and lose fat via calorie deficit or bulk and build muscle which in the long run will help me lose fat quicker ? Thanks for the advice. I really feel great to be here. Steph

I can say for certain that endos can be GREAT bodybuilders. One of our local guys is a complete endo. And he was still one of the best BBs in the area. He had to work his tail off to get the fat off and keep it off. Well OK he doesn;t keep it off but his diet would be something like 6 months with tons of cardio to get rid of it. Now I don't personally think you would clasify as a true endo. Like others have said just work on putting on the muscle and you should be good to go. Now talking about going pro, well that has a lot more to do with good luck and a whole bunch of other things in addition to being built well. You're talking a very few % of the BBs in the world actually turn pro. If it's a dream to become a PRO then GO FOR IT!!! You won't know until you try. Hit the weights like a maniac, get the diet in check and diet for a contest. Then you will finally see what your structure and shape are really doing for you.
But don't listen to the negatives some many people can put on you.
regarding your freinds comments, If that is what a friend has to say --- well I think it's time to truly evaluate that friendship.

Thank you Sal for the great words. Very nice of you. Are you suggesting that I go on a bulking diet and build as much muscle as possible?

I`m a skinny ecto with zero genetics and after being told I would never do much,I have won about 60 trophies. I was told in `95 to stay home and not compete in the Southern States contest as it was a top 10 show......I went anyway and won my class beating out 3 others, two of which had won overall titles in the past...........my proudest moment on stage to date. I knew I could do it regardless of my critics............you gotta` beleive to acheive!! Was also told by an old friend that I would never be able to build up my calves, today my calves are as good or better than most guys in any contests I compete in. I still have a ton of weak points and crappy genes, but I beleived I could do the things I`ve done,so I just did it like Nike!!! Beleive in yourself and train like a demon, and you will exceed your expectations bigtime!! Use negative remarks to fuel your training fire..........it works for me and there is always plenty of fuel to go around!! LOL Good to see you back on board!!

Good to see you Tim. Good to be back and I'm glad that you all support me. Great things are happening here . Allrighty. So gaining is what I have to do for starters. I always thought that I'd have to do a lot of cardio and be on a caloric deficit first to shed fat and afterwards getting big. Dunno why . Anyway. Thaks for the support. Great community. Steph

Steph, in my mind, it helps to be Meso, but that's not a must! I saw a lot of pros with an Endo or Ecto bodytype! Knowledge + motivation is the more important combinaison when it comes to bodybuilding (if not for everything in life in my humble opinion)… so dont pay attention to what some people say, just increase your knowledge on training, nutrition, supplementation… and if you have the motivation to live the crazy (and this is a weak word) bodybuilding lifestyle, you'll becore FOR SURE a great bodybuilder...no doubt. Knowledge and motivation, two simple words but very few have them...
Good luck
Mo
