Hey guys and girls. Jen and I just got home from our FABULOUS weekend in Montreal. What a GREAT time. This MO character is the real deal. I have never seen ANYONE train with such a passion and INTENSITY. I am not kidding. SICK stuff. I am not talking failure here. He would make Mentzer curl up in a corner and cry.... His attitude and personality is of the highest quality. A VERY generous, outgoing, funny, CHARIZMATIC individual. I am blessed to have had the chance to meet such a great guy!!! His beautiful other half was all that and a bag of Oreo's!!!! Marie- Eve has to be one of the SWEETEST people we have ever met. She not too bad in the kitchen either. She cooked us a special Candian dinner as well as an OREO PIE!!!!!!! ;D She is very warm and sincere!! Gotta LOVE her... What a CUTE couple. Its soo nice to see people like this... Now. Tim we will get to the training in detail at some point. What I can tell you is that Mo has an increadible physique and he is stopping at NOTHING to make it even better. I was soo impressed when I met him. He is Larger than life. Not a lagging body part in sight. All this while being leaner in the off season than most would dream to be in contest season!!!! Oh, and before I forget. Both Mo and Marie-Eve were worried about having to speak english all weekend. Let me tell you. They speak better english than I do. They were great. If we had to go there and speak french all weekend. OH BOY!!!!! That would not be good, although I think I did OK with my french.. , Right MO? Anyway. More on all this later with some more PIC's.. I have to hit the hay. Its LATE!!!!!

Lets start with Fridays training session. Mo said we had some Bi's and Tri's to thrash. Now that I had seen his guns in person, I knew it was going to mean TROUBLE!!! When we got there and Mo says "Lets do some warm ups" as he proceeds over to the 60's (FOR A WARM UP!) Anyway we worked up to about 65 lb DB's and did seated alternate curls until failure. At failure we put them down for only a few seconds, picked them up and did a few more reps. Then it was rest pause again until my Bi's were screaming. Then it was on to lighter weight (A drop set) until failure. I think with 55's or 60's... I was ready to hit the shower and Mo says "Thats one set. Two more to go!" OH BOY!! He brings the 75's over and the cyclye begins again. I am SPENT at this point, but this guy looks like he is just getting started. After the second BRUTAL set Mo takes off to the end of the DB rack. With a Grinch like smirk on his face he returns with the 80's ... I said " Are we doing chest now?" Uh ahhh.... More DB curls... I shook my head in disbelief as he tossed those 80's up and down like a machine!!!! It was rest pause again, and again, and again along with a drop and another drop!!!!!!! Now, I had to follow him and give these 80's a shot. Oh my. Thank God for a spotter. I think he did most of the work. Can you say PUMP!!!!? Amazing stuff... We finished Bi's with some Rope curls. 1 +_1/3 reps to failure with rest pause and a 4 x drop set for the last set. We were completely FRIED at this point so it was off to Triceps. Mo can take it from here!!! I gotta tell ya. I was shocked at Mo's strength. I had no idea he was that strong!!!!! What a great session.

Steve, Tim, Joel, thanks for the interest! Biceps part of the workout was great, but i was determined to give Randy a tough ride for triceps... but you know what? I finally realized HE was the one giving ME the ride! We did two hands over head dumbel extentions and it didnt take me long to realize I WAS in serious trouble... while i was asking for help to help me bring the weight in the starting position for a 75lbs dumbel warm up... Randy was already doing it ALONE with the same weight! Okey... so we started the first working set with 110lbs... doing 10 plus reps, rest-pause.... 3-4 reps ....rest-pause again... 2-3 reps! We did the second set with 120, same patern and finised with the 130lbs... at this point, the triceps of this huge, impresive Randy guy were so pumped that some of the gym kids were coming to see him perform his set! (Which didnt happen while i was doing the set!!! Need to grow to be as impressive as Randy? ABSOLUTELY) The last sprint of the workout was on triceps cable press down.... Randy and i burned those tris with some 4 seconds negatives sets fallowed by... you would have guessed it... some intense rest-pauses! We were finally done... until back and traps day sunday afternoon........

I can tell you one thing about back day. My back is still SORE today. My lats havn't felt like this as far back as I can remember. I tell ya, if Mo had a dollar for every ounce of pain he dishes out, he would be a milionaire!!!!
