Thanks Sareen,and evryone celse who posted!! I was really satisfied,(ALMOST)  ,with how I looked,just very depressed after seeing the pics as I honestly looked far better at the show,but I never look good in photos unless taken in outdoor sunlight!  |

Tim you looked great! Conditioning was what I'd expect from you...specular! There were a couple jacked up dudes, but your conditioning was as good as any.
Nice work and good luck at NE's

Embarrassed? ?!!! Are you nuts? LOL. Tim has "post-show head". He'll look at those pictures about a zillion times. First it's "I want a pizza" then "I am so embarassed" then "I can't believe how dumb I looked" then "At least I didn't look as bad as [insert name of bad-looking, lower-placing guy(s) here]" then "Hey! I didn't look as bad as [insert name of bad-looking, higher-placing guy(s) here]" then "I looked ok, I guess" then "Damn, I looked good that day I wish I still looked like that!" according to my calculations, Tim is right on schedule ... |

Was at the night show (Tim, sorry we never got a chance to talk).
Tim did look better than the photos (lights are not always kind) and should look even better in 3 weeks for NE.
Had him a place higher in the 45 division, but what do I know??
Great job, Tim. NE should be another strong showing for you.

In all honesty, you simply looked awesome Tim and I agree with Rich, if these pictures do you no justice… you must have been extremely sharp! Congrats, you've done very, very well in what we can call (from what I see) two very tought classes! Tim, i'm happy to see you did your signature pose, the "trophy-picture-with-no-smile" pose ;D Now, let's get busy for the other contest  Bravo mon ami! |

Tim, great to meet you saturday - i'm glad you found me, as i was in depletion lala land for most of the morning.
i think it should be mentioned here, that they fouled up Tim's music twice at night and then being the trooper he is, he just winged a routine together without any tunes. huge crowd support and props from Bev Francis for doing so.

The ovation I got Saturday was only second to one I got in Buffalo last year,I only wish they were clapping for my physique as they did in Buffalo, and not because of a music snafu!! Thanks for the encouragement everybody,but my training partner saw the pics also and was amazed at how poor I looked in them, as she saw me on Thursday morning and was very impressed and psyched to say the least. I actually thought I got 3rd. in the Over-35 and 4th. in the Over-45,but who truly cares,I`m just glad to place as I typically do not do too great in NYC. We`ll take some outside in sunlight once this friggin` snow is gone if it indeed ever does go. I feel embarrassed about the pics and actually depressed for some reason (post contest blues maybe),but I went off in the gym today and will attempt to push myself to another level for the New Englands. Thanks again for the kind words,you guy`s are THE BEST internet family a person could have! #teamwotwsf4# Gerry,I looked for you in the crowd but left your phone number home......sorry my friend. |
