Thanks Keith,I worked my legs and back really hard all year and did make some progress in both areas.
Still a lot of work to do as usual,but I`m ready to put in the time.

Also had you a place higher, Tim. But onward and upward. Best to just look ahead. And that guy in the yellow trunks is an insult to the other competitors who worked so hard (but an entry fee for Bev). He is paranoid to the point where he thinks he looks good!!  |

Tim, I thinked you looked phenonemal. The most dramatic thing, besides your conditioning, has to be your back, IMO. Every pose that involves lats blows me away - the width in the front-double, the thickness in the back double (especially mid-lower), and the great taper in the lat spread! I don't remember your back being as impressive in previous pictures I've seen of you. NICE!!!!

very good outing Tim!
I can honestly say you made big improvements this year.
If you looked even better in person then WOW!
The on thing I noticed is that it seems you are one of the only guys on stage with calves.
Am I just seeing things wrong or is that how it was?
You looked great and just think about how much you'll improve for the next show.
