Thanks Jeremy,I appreciate the feedback bro.
My calves are definately one of my best bodyparts............only trouble I have is I never remember to keep it flexed during the entire back shot.
I flex it,then I`m concetrating on my back and I just relax my calves!!
I`ll get it down one of these years...it was only like my 60 millionth contest!! ;D #bhammersmash6iz#

Guys,I just got back earlier tonight.....long trip. I got 4th. in the Over-35 under 176 pound class, and 5th. in the Over-45 class. I`m really disappointed in the online pics.....as usual, pics do me no justice at all. I looked far better than the pics portray.................trust me on that, they are embarrassing. Tim, you look amazing!! Outstanding job !!

Very impressive! Your back is wider than I've ever seen it and as usual, your chest and shoulders thickness is very impressive! But what impresses me more is that everything fit together! Congrats Tim, you level of development is something inspiring! #bbravosmiley8hh#

The more pics I see,the more I think I should have placed third in this one!! I don't know bro...that third place guy is looking jacked...like he should have got second... I heard tale that it was his first show as well and came in flat as a pancake compared to what he normally looks like. Cool board Tim - had a lot of fun...see ya around.

Hey Rob,nothing personal bud!! It was great meeting you and competing with you and you looked fantastic,I`m just a bit bias about that Tim guy!! LOL Great to have you here......anymore contests on the horizon? That Tim guy was lookin buff!!! I don't know about another show. I picked up 12 pounds in two days (DAMN YOU CHOCOLATE ;D ). Seriously, I had cut all water and carbs for 18 hours. That really did flatten me out, so once I started to eat and drink water I blew up. It was my first show and I learned a lot from it. One thing I learned is that at least at this show, size counted for more than cut. To that end, I'm 170 lbs now as opposed to the 161 lbs I weighed in at for the Mets. I'm not quite as cut...but I'm bigger. I'm training as if I'm going to go to Lehigh Valley on the 26th, but will actually decide the week before. Because, you have to be registered by the 19th for all events Good luck in your up coming show!

Thanks Rob,and good luck to you also wharever you decide to do.
Personally,I would do the Lehigh Valley and just pay the late entry fee.........you have a great physique and after competing in NYC,you know now what to expect!!
Good luck!
